Styled2Party Launch | How to put together a Styled Photoshoot

Hello Passionista-

I’ve made a new business connection with some really dope creators to curate Styled Photoshoots for creatives like myself.

Styled2Party is a business venture designed to create styled photo shoots of all kinds while bringing together industry creatives through resource networking. The goal of each shoot is to not only increase each creatives network, but to also diversify or add needed content to their portfolios for self marketing purposes.

For the 1st Styled Photoshoot, the team created 4 styled sets for a special Dinner in the Park. We had a great turn out of photographers, videographers, models and event planners. Here are a few photos from the shoot:

Out of the 4 sets, I was responsible for the Boho Chic Tea Party set. It was so much fun working with the team to plan this pop up shoot.

Crafty| May Creations

Hello Passionista-

May was a great month and full of celebrations. For Mother’s Day my family decided to present my Grandmother with a money bouquet. I pulled out my creativity and created this flower money centerpiece for Sunday dinner with Grandmother. This was my first time making money flowers. I watched a few Youtube videos in order to creat this master piece. Safe to save my Grandmother was overjoyed and surpised for Mother’sDay.

This month, I was given the opportunity to make some cupcake toppers for a brand launch party. This was also my first time making cupcake toppers. But easy enough, I was given the brand logo to re-create in the form of a topper for some sweet treats. These specialites were made with my Circuit Explorer Air 2.

Lastly, I booked a graduation party and I made my first balloon garland. It turned out really nice. I think this thing was about 12ft long, I didn’t mean for it to be so long. But I guess I got carried away. For this project I watched some DIY Youtube videos as well. I used a balloon maching from Amazon and fishing wire to put together the balloon garland. Then I used a gold table cloth and studio stand to bring together the complete look. The graduate enjoyed taking pictures with her family and friends in celebration of her high school graduation.

QOTD: What did you create this month?
