Everyone needs “Me Time”. Just time to destress, relax and love on yourself.
I love me! My “Me Time” is normally on Sunday or Monday nights, I like to take a extra hot soak with bath bombs, candles, music, and red wine. I want to start having even more “Me Time” where I do things outside of the house- but by myself. Once upon a time, years ago, I would go to dinner and bars alone. YESSSSSSSSSSSS! You read it right, I said alone. I lived in a state where I had no family or friends, so on Friday nights I would google a new restaurant, lounge or bar to for drinks after a long work week.
I challenge you all to start enjoying yourself, by yourself. You will learn so much about yourself once you start spending time with yourself.
“Me Time” Activities:
- Go to restaurant or lounge alone
- Go see a movie
- Go to a spa
- Have a picnic in the park
- Have a mini staycation at a local hotel
